This home was a joy to work on! The focus of this project was to update and expand. After considering many options, our clients decided that they wanted to continue using their peninsula to eat on, remove and expand two walls to make more room for walking space, and install a 22.7 Cu. Ft. Counter Depth Side-by-Side Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. Not to mention Porcelain Tile Flooring for easy clean up. We also had the privilege of renovating the guest bathroom of this home, as well as updating the living area (light fixtures, paint, & baseboards). Mililani Kitchen Renovation

Mililani homeowners decided that they didn't want their Kitchen to be a box... most of the walls were removed to open up the space to the living room, and extra storage was added. The extra wall was also used to add a large and much needed Thermador Freezer & Refrigerator. A huge Mahalo to our clients for allowing us to help them accomplish their construction goals!
